"I recently stumbled upon this hotel on our trip across France with my 3 children and we had such a wonderful stay that we will most definitely stay here again on future trips to France. I only wish we could have stayed longer. It has a quiet, calm atmosphere but is super family friendly. I have 3 boys so the pool and the foozball table were huge plusses! "Amazing room but lots of confusion with booking payment and breakfast was a mess . I hit there at 830 to find a disaster of a room with almost nothing to eat but a croissant and coffee . "This hotel was phenomenal. I am well traveled, and found this to be exceptional. I was upgraded to one of the suites, where I had one of the largest balconies one could ever expect from a hotel overlooking the southwest of France. I also had another balcony in the sitting room. The staff was really friendly and helpful. One tip – you cannot really drive to this hotel. It’s hard to find, and you have to park a bit away in the parking lot and track up the hill into the walled city. ."

Enter the public car park gates at the front of hotel, park and walk to reception where the correct tickets can be obtained for parking. 15€ per night charge. "We had very friendly hosts, they went the extra mile for us. The property was very tidy and very clean. Only issue was the size of the rooms bathroom. The bathroom was completely inadequate with a too small shower, the shower curtain and the height of the shower for a very short person."

"Villa was lovely and very well equipped. Outside space was poorer, the area around the pool was rough and unfinished. Garden at back was full of weeds. Contact with the owner was by text which was answered quickly but he was not in the country and we had no contact number for his on site representative as we missed her on arrival due to being delayed. Our first night was spent listening to a bleeping burglar alarm which we couldn’t stop and the owner was unable to help us. Fortunately it stopped in the morning Our villa had no cleaning service and the pool was not attended to for the 2 weeks of our stay, the owner advised us to use the robot cleaner ourselves which we didn’t want to do in case we damaged it. A lack of communication with the on the ground person was a problem."
