On the floor: a continuation with double bed with room of water and toilet. Panoramic 180 ° view with balcony. Electric gate. Outdoor terrace sheltered with summer kitchen American fridge. Garden Lounge. Walkway connecting the house to the spa and solarium access.
Numerous parking spaces including 3 sheltered places.

For 2020 a covered outdoor pool will be set up without vis-à-vis for everyone, and can be shared with the cottage if it is rented independently.

Independent chalet in the same property for 4 people including: living room with kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed and closet, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, closet, bathroom, separate toilet. Large outdoor terrace sheltered. Barbecue.

Possibility to rent the property all year for seminars, weddings, birthdays .... Pricing on request.

Seasonal rental from January 1st to December 31st, arrivals and departures are on demand except in July and August arrivals are only from Saturday to Saturday.

No pets allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the property.

Property Location: in the center of Ile d'Oleron halfway East and West coast, 4 km from the beach remmigeasse Dolus D'oléron is 8 minutes by car, 6 km from the beach from Boyardville is about 9 minutes by car. 2 minutes from all shops.

Conciergerie: you will be received by a single interlocutor who will welcome you in the property and who can offer you rental of household linen by ELIS Company (sheets, pillow cases, towels "Jacquard French" and carpets baths) as well as the cleaning option. La maison est parfaite pour accueillir un groupe, avec un grand nombre de salle de bain qui facilite la vie lorsqu'on est nombreux. Il y a tout à disposition et les échanges avec Arnaud se sont bien passés. L'endroit est très chaleureux et les extérieurs sont très beaux et agréables. Nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi. Très belle demeure
Week-end en famille (9 personnes) Malgré le temps pluvieux nous avons pu passer d'agréables moments dans celle villa spacieuse, avec un grand salon et un jacuzzi. Salle de bains et toilettes dans chaques chambres ce qui est très appréciable. Hôte très accueillant et disponible. Petit bémol, le forfait ménage que nous n'avons pas pris car tarif excessif.

Belle propriété avec un superbe beau parc, l'architecture nous transporte dans d'autres contrées.

Nous avons séjourné un week end avec mes amis dans cette grande maison, que nous avons réellement trouvé somptueuse et pleine de charme. Le terrain est très grand ainsi nous étions au calme, nous avons pleinement profité de la grande piscine, et de toutes les astuces qu’offre cette maison pleine de surprise. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Aurélie qui a été très arrangeante et disponible, merci à elle. Outre le côté pratique nous avons ete toutes et tous séduit par le charme de cette maison et adorerions y retourner.

Très belle maison pour un séjour dépaysant
Séjour agréable grâce aux prestations proposées et aux différents espaces aménagés dans le très beau jardin qui entoure la maison. La maison aurait besoin d’un petit coup de neuf, mais l’espace qu’offrent la maison et le parc, compensent l’état vieillissant de la maison. En ce qui concerne le chalet la salle d’eau aurait besoin également d’un rafraîchissement. Rien à dire concernant l’accueil, réactivité et gentillesse au top.

Maison atypique sympa pour séjour en tribu
Une grande maison atypique assez fonctionnelle et très sympa pour un grand weekend. Très beau jardin. Bon accueil, serviable et réactif. Prestations globalement biens mais objectivement pas au niveau du prix demandé car si la maison est originale et grande, l’ensemble commence à être un peu vieillissant et le chalet n’est vraiment pas du tout au niveau; mais l’ensemble reste idéal pour un weekend en tribu. On a aimé le côté atypique, les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs, les salles de bains dans toutes les chambres, le jacuzi accessible sous préau, la piscine, le terrain tout clos, la cuisine d’été avec barbecue, frigo et plancha. Un très bon séjour (malgré les moustiques et l’interminable queue pour sortir de l’île) avec quelques bémols néanmoins : le chalet a clairement besoin d’une rénovation (avec changement de literie et de sanitaires), la piscine est chauffée mais pas très chaude, le prix du ménage final est trop élevé, les chambres mériteraient des volets et la maison a besoin de petites réparations un peu partout. Des bougies anti-moustiques seraient bienvenues.

Cette maison est top. Nous étions 6 couples, tout était parfait. Maison spacieuse, chaleureuse. Les chambres sont très bien isolées du bruit de la pièce de vie ( hors mi la suite à l’étage ) Une magnifique table pour profiter de bon repas , une cheminée , une cuisine bien équipée et un bar convivial pour l’apéro. Dehors tout y est pour passer de très bons moments. Tant qu’à Arnaud, toujours disponible pour nous afin que l’on soit bien. Je recommande vraiment cette maison.
