"This was not just a stay, this was a memory. Incredible customer service in every aspect of our time spent there while celebrating our six-year old’s birthday in Chicago. So much character within the hotel itself that we could not help but feel we had entered another period of time. Perfect location for exploring the city too. And the pool area was just marvelous. We will definitely be back!"

They were extremely helpful and kind during a time I really needed it. The hotel was safe, clean, and extremely conveniently located. I am excited to go back on happier terms! "

"Lobby, restaurants and hallways were beautiful. Unfortunately our room was hot because we could not open the windows and the air conditioning just blew hot air. Also, we had lukewarm water in the shower that never got hot."
