"We liked the whirlpool and facilities at the reception - The receptionist was efficient and helpful. Access from the parking to the room was convenient. Traffic was noisy in the daytime ( a truck route) , but quiet at night. The room had chairs and a table for office work or meals. Although the motel was older, it was recently updated with paint, tiles and fixtures. It could have used more hangers. The location was convenient to Highway 1 and McDonald's but was not near downtown. "

"This place was so beautiful. We had a wonderful time. Would like to point out though, that the stair case, while beautiful, was not safe for toddlers. There is room at the edges of the steps, under the rail, for a small child to slip through. As a grandma, I was nervous about it. No incidents... just lots of held breath ;) "
