"It's hard to know where to begin and describing the terribleness of this property. Run down,beat up ,cracked windows, there was no sign of any goats either. The back porch was covered in garbage that some raccoon had gotten into. That and it's right next to the highway so it's really loud. And the water smelled like rotten eggs. "My extended family was in town for a memorial service and we wanted a house close to Okemos and East Lansing. We loved this property. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room and great room was perfect for being together, yet being able to have small group conversations. The deck was beautiful as were the grounds. Really felt like we were away from it all. Yet only 20 minutes to MSU where we took in a hockey game on Saturday night. Annette was super responsive to my questions. The...

"The property was just as described and very clean. The neighborhood is good and the location gives you easy access to anywhere in the Lansing area. "

"Tha Land is a perfect getaway from the busy city life! We enjoyed our stay very much, even the kids had a great time. The house was very clean, kitchen fully stocked, and lots of games to keep us all entertained. The big screen tv was a plus to watch Sunday football. The location was perfect, the surroundings were ideal for afternoon family walks, the fire pit by the lake was a nice touch also. Our overall stay was perfect! We will definitely be coming back. "

"Cristal was flexible with the difficulties we all had with vrbo. She greeted us and explained everything. Her pets were freindly. The house was a bit dirty and dusty. Bed was a bit to soft for our prefrence ( no bed frame) .Our first time in a shared space and it was less awkward then expected. The hot tub was nice after a long day."

"We stayed one night. The place was exactly as listed. Backyard was great, off street parking was nice. House was very clean and beds were comfy. The Neighborhood was quiet. The house is older and small the shower is quite small but lighting is good and there are lots of windows. It’s near most everything. Communications with Bethany was great. We had timely instructions and accessing the place was easy. "
