"Es war sehr schön. Genug Platz für eine 5 köpfige Familie. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Wenn es Probleme gab, wurde einem sofort geholfen. Alles sehr diskret, es ging einem keiner auf die Nerven. "Our first impressions were less than favorable, but we left feeling much better about our stay. It was very difficult to find the check-in location. And there was no parking or stopping point allowed for convenient access to check in. The room was very nice, but guests need to be aware of the limitations for parking and the fact that there are no elevators leading to the rooms. No assistance was offered to help carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs. The breakfast that was included was fabulous. The hotel offers two breakfast sessions to keep the numbers controlled as there are numerous guests wanting to eat at the same time. The facility provides access to amazing wellness treatments for an extra charge. These need to be scheduled in advance so don’t plan on using these your first day of arrival. Schedule well in advance. "

"I can’t say this enough, the service at this hotel is top of the line. We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. The view into the city of Rovinj is also incredible. The one item that I would suggest as an improvement is that it is clear the hotel is seeing some wear and tear that comes with its usage. Things like scuffs on hallways and dirt in certain parts of the hotel. This is my second time staying here and will definitely be coming back."
