"Staff were wonderful; all were polite and very helpful. When I arrived the heating unit was not working great. I actually cleaned the front grill and washable filters myself that first night. Ironically, Maintenance was in the process of doing the whole building and got to my unit the third day I was there. The housekeeping staff was very polite and accommodating. "I CAN NOT say enough nice things about the entire staff at The Warwick. Everyone was so kind even in the restaurants even with how busy they were with the Eagles parade annnd Valentine’s Day. The room could use some small upgrades. Like the room didn’t have a bag for the ice bucket or the cups weren’t wrapped like how would we know they weren’t used or there before? The check in line can get kinda crazy but we got so lucky and don’t have to wait. "
