"The lake was very peaceful and gathering my family on the water was what we were looking for. The cottage itself wasn’t really what I expected, it had a musty smell when we walked in, and it was outdated. The air conditioner worked great though! "

It was really nice having the Keurig and washer and dryer. Host was very responsive and tried to resolve the heating issue below and we are very thankful for this! "Overall the house was nice and location was beautiful. Unfortunately when we arrived there was no toilet paper, no dishwasher detergent and the smoke alarms were beeping due to expired batteries. They also have a Kurig coffee machine but no coffee. Luckily there was a grocery store nearby where I was able to purchase some of these items at 9pm so that the house was functional. Little things like shampoo and soap and making sure the upstairs bathroom has towels would also be nice details to...

"Beautiful view across lake to park! Clean house and plenty of amenities! Huge plus to staying here as a family was having three bedrooms so everyone had their own room and 2 and a half bathrooms! Would highly recommend this place! Only thing is to be careful if sitting in the rocking chairs outside by the fire pit… they look pretty but we sat in one and leaned back to relax and the chair filled over backwards!"

"Glorious sunrises over the lake. Great location. Had everything we needed (someone forgot to pack coffee, but they had it there! Now that's civilized.) Did I mention the sunrises? Close to a winery, close to the city, on a lake; ticks all the boxes. Loved it. "
