Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space that is a charming, contemporary 1 bedroom in the heart of Shelby township. Just a couple blocks away from amazing restaurants, BBQ, cafes, bars, breweries, and so much more. Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, staycation, or cozy home base while exploring Michigan. Located only 45 min away from downtown Detroit, this is the go-to modern and cozy spot made perfect for all your necessities.

The unit is a cozy 700 Square foot unit with a one bedroom and one bathroom that is full of all the amenities one can hope for in a short stay or in a long term stay.

The entire apartment is for the guest, and is suited to be as comfortable as possible for the guest. Stocked with kitchen ware, extra towels, TV, and WIFI for the guest to use.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment and have access to the basement for the laundry facility. Guest will also have access to all outside parking, and outside picnic area and yard.

I will be checking in every so often depending on the length of stay to ensure everything is okay!

In the heart of Shelby township, and a 10-minute drive from Hall Rd. Close to the best restaurants and bars in the state.

Super quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Parking is free and it is open, you can park at any available spot on the property.
