"Well situated hotel close to good restaurants and the best hot springs attractions. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff is very nice and helpful. Their English is very good. The hot spring facilities in the hotel are okay, but much better ones that were so close so we didn’t really use them. "

"We liked the private hot spring in the room but would feel more comfortable if there was a sign indicating that the pool was cleaned/sanitized after every guest stay. We also liked the convenience of the underground parking as well as the excellent breakfast. The International portion of the hotel is rather dated with an unpleasant smell at the elevator lobby, but not inside the room. "Nice decoration for the house and rooms. Clean rooms though there may be insects outside the house. Little bit inconvenience for the room on the ground floor because the bedroom and bathroom are separated. The ventilation of the bathroom can be improved since there no fan in it.
