"I loved the location, so central for everything. Great when you’re a walker! Also good for trams and so close to Southern Cross Station. We had two bookings in series, one room for two nights and the second room for three nights. This was because of last minute changes in our arrangements. The staff were excellent at coordinating the swap over and helped move us into the second room. Both rooms were great so it wasn’t inconvenient in any way.
