"the room was nice and very clean, newly refurbished, well heated, good shower room, included a kettle and large tv and all as described so very happy and would return.
but access via the metal stairs in wet weather is uncomfortable and its a bit unusual to not have any face to face contact"
"Old charm building next to the river
Buffet breakfast good
They just need to keep an eye on restock the trays of food save people waiting but on the whole enjoyed our stay"
"Absolutely wonderful hostel. It met all our needs: good shower, nice beds, clean, towels for hire, kitchen where you could cook your own meals. Wonderful support and location."

"We stayed at the Maldron Liverpool as a couple and had a great experience overall. The hotel is in a new, modern building, and everything felt clean and fresh. Staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference.
The only small downside was that the cushions on the bed were a bit too firm for our liking, but aside from that, it was a nearly perfect stay. We’d definitely consider coming back!"

"My partner and I stayed in the hotel for one night on Easter Sunday with dinner, bed and breakfast.
The room was only the standard category, but was very spacious and had excellent amenities. The rainforest shower was particularly good.
One thing I would say is the walls are quite thin so you can hear noises in adjoining rooms.
The restaurant was very nice and on a Sunday evening they offer a carvery, with very few alternatives (on fish dish; two vegetarian)
I really enjoyed the recovery, however, my partner would’ve liked to have had something from the normal menu.
Breakfast was also excellent, although I do find it a bit of a liberty when a four star hotel, which is already charging premium prices, charges extra for non-buffet dishes (such as eggs Benedict)
The pool and sauna area was excellent and I also used the gym which was very good. We particularly liked the outside garden area where you could sit after using the facilities, this is really nice when the sun is out.
All in all, it was lovely and we will definitely stay at the hotel again when we are in the area.

"Beautiful hotel - the wife & I always book a river view room with floor to ceiling glass - only a few of these rooms in the but most are really nice & clean "
"Me and my sister have had a 3 night easter weekend stay. The hotel is lovely and clean and has a lovely fragrant smell as you enter the lobby. The staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem. The food is good and there is a lovely bar where you can relax and enjoy your drink, and we both had an amazing spa day.
The hotel is 10 mins by taxi from the station, but is central for all you want to see and do. There are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants.
The zoo is 15 mins by taxi and was worth the trip. A most enjoyable day out. A most enjoyable weekend."

The apartment had everything we could have asked for, a place we will definitely recommend."
