"First of all, Hotel Patrick is right adjacent to the fishing beach and a national monument. The staff is warm and friendly and the recommended restaurant is excellent. They have a small outdoor weight area for use, if you want to get some exercise in, and the Internet access is excellent - much better than at The Dunes resort, where I was supposed to stay. "It is an all inclusive resort with 3 pools, RCI ready, and I paid 40$ a day, not much can beat that, but is a modest hotel, TV is crap, only national channels and the signal is so bad you could hardly see anything, with a small investment it could be great, of course Venezuela has to change, in the 3 nights I stayed, the electricity went off for hours, they have an electric plant so really no issues with the hotel, but of course no cel signal or internet..."
