"What to say really, nice and welcoming, rooms are nice and presentable, good to have thing planned as they do go into the rooms to clean and so on, little mini fridges in rooms with chilled water and a small milk, kettle with tea and coffee and so on. Nice throwback to the days of B&B, Breakfast is more filling than you think, dining room is also the bar, not that we used it but looked quaint enough. "A lovely property! Leigh and Sue are wonderful hosts, so kind and helpful. Me and my son had a fantastic stay, the room was comfy and clean and location of the property is excellent, just a 2min walk to the beach with Sandcastle and Pleasure Beach also less than 10 mins walk. "The bedroom was well appointed with lovely Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. There was large soft bath towels, tea making equipment, comfortable bed, TV, and nice lighting. Even though my room overlooked a busy road the room was very quiet I would definitely stay there again. "

"There was a mix up with my booking on arrival, staff were very apologetic and got it sorted quickly and upgraded me due to the inconvenience. Staff were very professional and friendly. Food in restaurant was really good too. Only issue really was room had ab adjoining door and the person in the other room was niosy, those doors arnt well sound proofed."
