"Great stay"

"I enjoyed everything except out noisy neighbors upstairs and found the temperature in our room a bit too cold for my liking. But other than those two things, we enjoyed out stay very much."

"Stayed from Friday to Sunday to ski at Mount Snow and Okemo. Very nice reception staff (they offered a refund when I had to cancel a night) and the rooms were clean and comfortable. While it was not a luxury stay, for $100 a night, it was an amazing deal, and I would highly recommend. The only issue is the walls could be slightly thicker"

"The property at South Shire is beautiful and quiet. We have stayed at a few places in Bennington and it can be hit or miss. The bed in our room was very comfortable and there was also a fireplace and a deep spa tub. Just know that if you book a room for 3 and it is not specified that there is more than one bed they will have to pull in a mattress."

"Good affordable place, 1hr drive from Ski resort. It has microwave, fridge, easy to stay with kid. Only sink in the room which is missing in the bathroom, don’t get it, but it is ok. Good stay"

"We needed a room for four of us to get some sleep before getting out on the slopes the next day. Starlight Inn was perfectly located along our drive. The owners were lovely, seems to be a family owned business. The room was comfortable, clean, and nostalgic. Would stay again! "

"I arrived amidst freezing outdoor temperatures to a warm and cozy interior. I was visiting family and was concerned about snow and ice, Laurie had assured me that it would not be a problem and she was right. The unit was exactly as described in the ad. Laurie made sure that the snow was shoveled and I had no problems getting out in the morning! A wonderful, peaceful getaway!"

"The cabin was even more beautiful in person. It had such a cozy feel to it with an old American farm atmosphere. Susan, the property owner. Was a wonderful host! Our communication was seamless and she was kind and courteous. She made us feel right at home. This was the first of many trips to this lovely cabin for our family to get our Christmas tree in Vermont.thank you Susan!!!"

"We did enjoy our stay and liked the accommodations. The pics do not entirely do it justice. 1) The living room is larger than the pics suggested. 2) The kitchen pic does not show the bar area which is very nice. and 3) There is no pic of the second bedroom which is also nice.The hostess was helpful in assisting us when we locked ourselves out and was pleasant and co-operative."
