"The house was a great meeting point for our travelers from NY, VA and MA. We had 10 adults and two dogs. The house was more than adequate in terms of bedrooms and space. We played games and did puzzles on the folding tables they have there. We brought one of our smaller tvs to watch football and it worked well with the wifi. Kitchen had most everything we needed. "The unit was clean and had all the amenities needed for a few days stay. There were a few things I would change of possible. Furniture could be more comfortable and easier.for.those with accessibility issues. The couches in the home are too low and hard to get up from, just.to name one thing. Other items are minorand easily fixable. These things do not take away from how overall nice the unit is."

"The Sampson house was lovely, well maintained, and accommodating. Located in a quiet neighborhood less than a mile from down town Penn Yan, it was a great base for exploring the area, going on nearby hikes, visiting various wineries and more. "

"This was our third stay at the Love Shack and it couldn’t have been better! We come each fall to tour wineries and waterfalls. The Love Shack is cozy and relaxing with an amazing view of the rising sun each morning, a lovely deck, and all the amenities for a long weekend stay. The location is great for traveling around Seneca and Keuka. The winery across the street-Scout-is wonderful!"

"The house is beautiful kept and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything to cook every meal. The beds were super comfortable and loved the multiple bathrooms. We were there during a heatwave so not much time was spend on the beautiful deck. The air conditioning was great on the first and basement floors but was a bit warm for 2 of our guests in the bedroom. It was a heatwave and I’m sure during normal temps the room would have need perfect."

"We stayed there for two days. The sheets of both beds were dirty with stains all over them. As soon as I mentioned it to the front desk they took care of them. Breakfast is ok, it could be better.We had dinner at the property, definitely not worth the price with steak over cooked and nothing to use to eat the crab legs. However, every thing else was good. Great customer service, I would say still recommend this hotel. "

Not only were we so pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and condition of the property, but the price was right, per fee was minimal, and the front desk agent was a pleasure! Would stay here again in a heartbeat."
