"The balcony light was burnt out and the toilet rocked. Breakfast and the pool being across the creek with no way to even walk there was a little inconvenient especially with very little parking, but all that aside, it was a very comfortable stay. I love that it was right on the creek and close to everything"

"Very cordial desk managers day and night. Super clean hotel. Had a super view of river, although too cold to enjoy the balcony, we will be back. "

"Room was well appointed and comfortable. Needed a good deep cleaning. It's obvious they only do a cursory cleaning between stays. Ate in the Lookout. Service was slow but that seems to be the norm for this restaurant. If you are a light sleeper, ask to be on the sides, they start setting up for breakfast at 4:30AM if you are near the elevator and are not very quiet or apologetic about it. "

"we were a little early so the check in which is all remote took a little getting use to but the staff was amazing as they helped us though it. Loved the quiet room in a busy area, the staff & restaurant were great!"
