"Overall this was a very good stay considering the price we paid. Location is good, right on a main bus route, walking distance to the centre, and not far from the beach. Staff were all so friendly, they did all they could to help us with anything we needed. The rooms can be very noisy if near the nightclub or the pool entertainment, after a couple of bad nights we were moved to one away from both. The food is varied and plenty of it - although items (and crockery/cutlery) tended to run out later...

"I'd requested connecting rooms at the hotel a week before but on arrival, this wasn't arranged. However, the receptionist and her manger worked as quickly as they could when they realised my children were very young and that it was necessary. We were really happy with how graciously and quickly it was handled."

However, there were a few issues that fell short of five-star service. First, we arrived at 3 pm, but our room was not ready. A simple apology was given, but we were surprised there was no compensation or even a complimentary drink or snack, especially considering the premium we paid. Additionally, the pool area was understocked...

"Good hotel with very good food and really nice and helpful staff, easy access to the beach(5 minuts walk). Roms was ok but wasn't so clean, old fashioned, very old towels in our room, some rooms are in very noisy area. "

"A new hotel in agadir 6 months old hotel. Amazing facilities. Friendly staff. The room was clean and modern. Breakfast was diverse and good. Sometimes tv was cutting due to someone connecting their ipad or iphone from another room. The wifi was a bit bad in my room some on and off connection. Issues were communicated to the management. I also felt a bit of inexperience from staff. Then again it is a new hotel so it might be some adaption and they have good attitude and professional."
