"The apartment is beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The location was perfect for us - lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as attractions. Bud and train station are also convenient although we didn’t use them. Paid parking lot is right across the street. Overall we loved it here !"

"This was my third stay at Bristol Royal Marriott. Staff have been lovely on all occasions and my room clean and of a very good standard. There is a relaxed vibe to the hotel which is within easy reach of all of Bristols attractions and there is parking on site which i have used on my two previous visits. Reasonably priced. "

"Firstly the hotel is in the middle of the city and only a 15 minute walk from Bristol temple meads station which makes it perfectly situated. The hotel is in a gorgeous part of the city in the middle of old Bristol. The service was superb with book in really easy and friendly staff. "Very nice stay. Friendly staff, comfortable bed and great decor. Parking was opposite in multi story with big discount for being in hotel. Definitely good value and welcoming. Would stay again. "

"Lovely welcome, helpful staff but understaffed. Room was perfect but let down by the catering side. Good choice of breakfast but hot option was cold. Booked a meal for the second night but was told a lot of options unavailable. One member of staff trying to check in guests and do food orders and one chef trying to help with orders but couldn’t use the till. We would stay again but would hope these issues would be sorted. "

"There were elements that could of been better, not made aware of breakfast info when checked in, room was ok but basic and mirrors and chairs needed cleaning, lots of crumbs down the side of the chair. Jacuzzi wasn’t working and there were clumps of hair on the tiles in the swimming pool "
