"Great hotel to stay and near the Haram not far. Nice neighborhood the only thing that I didn’t like is security guards. I have my family with me and my ride stoped between tower 1 and 2 and the bus came and stopped for my family to come out and the security guards tell them to run them over. "

"We’ve stayed at this property multiple times in the past, and it’s always a fantastic place to be. However, I have one complaint: the staff’s rudeness during breakfast hours. I understand that you’re fully booked and have a lot of foot traffic in the morning, but you need to plan better and teach your staff manners when interacting with guests. The staff was extremely busy and didn’t seem to try to listen to our requests. Dinner hour were good as expected. Thanks to Mr Ashraf ( New manager ) for his hospitality during dinner hours "

"This is the second time I have stayed at The Conrad whilst visiting Makkah for Umrah. The hotel is fantastic, it is exactly what is needed whilst there. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is just amazing. Special shout out to Shaheen who was very respectful and would always help us out and he did a great job cleaning our room. The location is very very ideal as it is right in front of the main gate of the Haram, the elevators would take you right to the front, all you had to do was cross the road and you would be in the Haram. The food court within the complex was also good with all your big names there and variety of food options. I would definitely recommend the Conrad and I cant wait for my next stay there again! "

"Third time staying at Saja, the staff are wonderful, genuinely caring and courteous. Allah bless then for their efforts. Less than 2-3 minutes from masjid nabawi. Highly recommend. Shoutout to staff Khalid, Salim and Abdur Rahman. "
