"I want to thank all the staff, bell boys, front reception, kitchen staff, house keeping and all others, from the bottom of my heart for making our family's four night stay most comfortable and memorable! The access to Prophet Muhammad pbuh's mosque was super close. We were lucky to get the view of Rawda from our room 690, which is not what we had booked, so thank you team! We were humbled by that. Breakfast is great! Bathrooms are getting dated but our room 690 had two rooms and two bathrooms which was super helpuful! The biggest blessing was when the general manager saw me in the lobby looking for help, immidiately jumped to assist me as I was requesting a late checkout, which was swiftly accomodated after a check and thank you again!! Highly recommended!! "

"It was great experience to stay at this hotel for five nights with the family everything was good from cleanliness to room services and from breakfast to dinner buffet was up to the standard. No doubt they have very frequent and on time shuttle service every 30 minutes but little advise for the families with young children and elderly people that distance from the bus stop near to harm entrance is challenging."

"Great hotel to stay and near the Haram not far. Nice neighborhood the only thing that I didn’t like is security guards. I have my family with me and my ride stoped between tower 1 and 2 and the bus came and stopped for my family to come out and the security guards tell them to run them over. "

"We’ve stayed at this property multiple times in the past, and it’s always a fantastic place to be. However, I have one complaint: the staff’s rudeness during breakfast hours. I understand that you’re fully booked and have a lot of foot traffic in the morning, but you need to plan better and teach your staff manners when interacting with guests. The staff was extremely busy and didn’t seem to try to listen to our requests. Dinner hour were good as expected. Thanks to Mr Ashraf ( New manager ) for his hospitality during dinner hours "
