"The Hotel is really nice staff very friendly. The rooms need updating the carpet needs to be replaced. The bedding was very comfortable and the views were awesome. Overall this Hotel is just steps away from time square and very convenient. House keeping did a great job cleaning the room. My only suggestion would be to have a Microwave to reheat food after going to the restaurant and having left overs . If possible have a location where there is a microwave if they can not put one in every room...

Shower was good (water pressure could have been a bit more - but it was fine). Check out was also seamless. Thank you Hilton for your hospitality! "
