"Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. Brought my little boat and the boating access is across the street. We had zero issues. We would definitely come back!! Definitely worth it. 👌 "

"We stayed 6 days, my wife, daughter and friend, and our two dogs. Roomy and clean, very beautiful cottage. Fully appointed kitchen with all the supplies one needs. We built a fire in the big handsome fireplace, also with all the tools needed. We appreciated the choice of two dining areas, we pretty much stuck to the breakfast nook. Every morning we dropped the girls at Jay Peak, then myself, wife and dogs, hiked, relaxed, napped and enjoyed the quiet. Would love to do it again!"

"Not much effort put into cleanliness. Not dirty, but certainly not ’clean’. THICK dust bunnies under upstairs queen bed. Window coverings in downstairs bedroom were hammered, minimizing privacy. Bathrooms/doorways smaller than standard. Not a single drawer in either bathroom. Front loading washing machine was poorly maintained - rubber seal coated with slimy funk. TWENTY FIVE stairs from parking level to house…tough for someone with ambulatory issues. Communication was weak. But…New blender was...

"8 of my high school friends (now senior citizens) traveled with us to celebrate my 70th birthday. The house was comfortable and we all enjoyed staying there. The kitchen was perfect for feeding a big group. We were there during "mud season" so I'd suggest renting a 4 wheel drive vehicle and bringing boots."
