"This was my second visit to the Nines and the team here is absolutely amazing. My flight was delayed by 9 hours and their STELLAR concierge, Cruz, arranged transportation for me, dinner to my room as I arrived at 10:30pm and left a beautiful flower arrangement. She is incredible and made me feel so welcome! On top of that, great room, great food, great coffee! Awesome location in downtown Portland. "

In contrast, the rooms were dated with old carpet and no microwaves. The bathroom is extremely spacious with two sinks. However, the shower has a handheld hose that produced a weak stream of water.
