"Front desk staff was very helpful, and dealt with them a number of times. The small fridge in the room made funny sounds (took me a couple of days to figure out it was the fridge). Staff was helpful in organizing a dolphin watching trip. Did not eat at the hotel, breakfast was very expensive. Didn't see a lot of facilities. I could definitely see coming back again."

"Very clean and excellent coustomer service . The South Indian traditional food was so good . The buffet breakfast was very nice . The receptionist went out if his way to the street to get me a taxi negotiate the price and he make sure I was not ripped off. I was treated like a family member ."

The price is right but the beds were uncomfortable, the bathrooms were extremely basic and the main room included plastic deck chairs as part of its furniture complement. Even though this hotel states that it accepts payment by credit card, the reception workers complained and did everything they could to dissuade me from using one which kind of put a bad taste in my mouth."
