We did a short game drive and we were lucky to see 2 lion and rhino at a close range. Only hindarance if you are driving to the park make sure you have a four wheel drive car....the dirt road are not good for small car. "

"I enjoyed the grounds, gardens were kept up beautifully. The pool area was very enjoyable. I was surprised about the quality of food provided, it wasn't very good. Staff were friendly but front staff was not helpful. I had booked a villa but got a standard room instead and their explanation wasn't very good but because I was there for a wedding, I didn't complain too much. I heard later that they hadn't enough villas for the bookings but I wasn't offered any compensation. "

"Amazing place. My Dad had a good time. It was a nice stay as it was a treat for the easter season. The staff were accomadating due to late check in and kindly agreed for Dad to check out late and have lunch the next day which was a nice gesture. Will recommend the lodge. The restaurant food was great being vegetarian however, i feel there needs to be more ventilation as we could smell the non veg food while eating at the restaurant. "We were assigned at the last cottage which is very far from the reception. There was no transport avail for us to go to and fro the resto and recep area. That’s why we opted for room service for both dinner and breakfast since it is unsafe to go to the restaurant when there is no ample lighting and the way up is not very well lit and not cemented. It could have been better if they asked us our cottage preference especially that we are not from Kenya ans it is our first time in the country. "
