"Really enjoyed our stay there, very friendly staff, great feeling of being welcomed home. My only complaint is not very many food choices, they are a bit excessive in price as well as the drinks from the bar. It seems that happy hour would be better if you offered 1/2 price for any drink during that time as we are accustomed to at other locations."

"Wonderful old resort! Staff were all great! So friendly and helpful! The swimming pool was a nice temperature and the large shallow area was perfect for our two year old to play safely. Our burr was comfortable with the breeze wafting through the screened windows. I wish there had been hot water for showers. "

"The staff at ULTIQA make this a great place to stay. They are so helpful and friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay a good one. The location is ok, a short walk to a couple of shops and eateries. You can easily walk to the arts village (unfortunately, during our stay it was having lots of renovations so most shops were closed). The only negatives we had were the pool area was in desperate need of maintenance. Tiles were missing in the pool, not just one or two as well. Loads,...

"Kids in owners part of house were very noisy and sometimes right next door to us. It was called an eco lodge but we could see anything eco about the facilities. Only thing it was in a quiet part of Pacific Harbour with a grass area behind and not many buildings near. The large dog was always in yard. She was friendly bit a bit noisy as she barked at passers by. She was left outside in heavy rain which lasted all day, which worried us. I dinot receive any responce to 2 messages to owner. Another...
