"We had a Spa bath that didnt work. We also had several disturbances nearby the room until 130 am with doors banging and loud conversations outside the room. Not providng extra pillows was surprising. Also only had one bath towel for two of us However , on a positive note we managed to unwind a bit after driving from Northumberland from a wedding .
