"I was only at the hotel for one night and arrived late. However the receptionist was friendly and said they would open the gym for me at 6am (instead of 7am) as I had to leave early. Breakfast was standard hotel fare with something for most tastes. The scrambled eggs were overdone but everything else was good. Coffee was a bit weak"

"The hotel is really nice, luxurious and the location is convenient for people that just want to walk. The only concern is the air conditioning - it barely worked when we stayed and it was needed because the room can heat up fast. If you decide to open the window and your room is facing the main road just be prepared for the noise. But overall a good place to experience Aachen. "
