"The service was amazing here. The staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful anytime I had questions. However, I found that my room was not entirely clean, namely I found a wrapper from past guests on the floor, as well, the shower was not clean. In addition to this, the noise levels from the hallway, and rooms above and below did result in me having trouble falling asleep each night.
