Gave his personal number when we got stuck in Antananarivo, calming and supportive. Highly recommend the Excursion team. Despite language barrier, they really tried to make sure we got what we wanted."

The decor leads you to believe you are in a 5 star hotel, but the air con in the room is tiny, the room was never cold. The all inclusive buffet has lots of options however the taste is lacking. This hotel services primarily an Italian population however all Italian dishes were average at best. Staff moves super slow. I spent my birthday at the resort and booked a private beach side dinner. "Una struttura eccellente. da tutti i punti di vista; location fantastica, camera pulita ed accogliente cucina strepitosa. I proprietari, una coppia di italiani che gestisce in prima persona tutta la struttura, sono simpaticissimi e tra le altre cose hanno costruito un piccolo ospedale ne villaggio vicino.
