"Beautiful property, very clean with great landscaping and wonderful staff. Good choice of restaurants. However, there was one entire area of the property that was reserved for "preferred" customers. No proevious indication of this, no gates or anything, but we were told to leave on of the pools because we were staying on the wrong part of the property. The Oceana restaurant was also off limits to us, with no previous indication. The "seim-out" pool in front of the room was nice, but not...

"Pleasantly surprised by this place. Pepe and Jose Luis in the restaurant for dinner we're so nice. Breakfast service not that friendly and when I arrived I had three employees watch me carry two suitcases up the main stairs before offering help so that was annoying. Really nice rooms - spacious and beautiful dishware/glassware. Not soundproofed at all though. "

"It was absolutely beautiful, and exceeded our expectations - the restaurants are top of the line, service impeccable, the hotel is near town located near shops and other restaurants and the marina, which is a highlight of the area. We are looking forward to returning to this hotel for a future trip. You will not be disappointed, This hotel is a slice of paradise."

"The friendly attentive people are what make this place special. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The reason I gave it 4 stars was that the beds were too hard for our taste, and there was a lot of street and bar noise at night. But we always bring silicone earplugs., so that kept out everything but the fireworks. Food was very good, pool nice and location close to town and the marina. I would stay there again. "
