I was bitterly disappointed on arrival to be told it was NOT included. I would have chosen the other better positioned hotel if i had known that in advance. VERY DECEPTIVE. "The Metropole is a beautifully renovated old hotel. We loved our stay here. It was convenient and the staff were so helpful and kind. Our room was well appointed with a huge king size bed! We certainly will return and highly recommend a stay here to anyone! Thank you to the staff for a magnificent stay!"

"This hotel doesn’t exist anymore. No one emailed or texted me to tell me. I called the number posted on the door; they said they tried to contact me, but that’s a lie, obviously— I wouldn’t have shown up there if they had. The very rude woman tried to get me to stay in a nearby hotel, but I went there to take a look, and it was filthy. Luckily, I was able to book other accommodations at a real hotel down the street instead. I’m going to need a full refund, of course. You can’t expect to keep the...
