"We stayed for 2 weeks at the property. We felt safe the entire time. The staff is 5 stars. Dealing with the owner, the driver, the property manager and cooking and cleaning staff just amazing. They're is a bit of a language barrier so have your google translate i'f you don't know Spanish. The property is a bit dated and needs a few renos but just a beautiful spot. "Property is as beautiful as the pictures! I had debated between West End and West Bay areas, and am so glad we chose this one! A quick and safe walk any time to the West End area, where we enjoyed so many great meals and sunsets. Easy to grab a water taxi to West Bay Beach. There was some construction as they are adding a 3rd, 4th floor, but the workers didn't start till later, and we didn 't hear much when we were in the room.
