"This hotel was the perfect place to stay after arriving in London at night. The walk from the underground to the hotel was a little difficult to figure out at night, but we made it without any issues. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Also, the breakfast was the best we have ever had in a hotel. It’s well worth adding breakfast to your reservation. "

"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"
