"We stayed when in town for Snow Patrol. Great location to bridge CoOp Live preceded by an early dinner in town. We didn’t get to use the bar (which was buzzing) and didn’t have a huge amount of time in the room - but it was stylish, spacious, comfortable and scrupulously clean."

"Stayed here as we had an early flight. It was my 60th birthday and in my room they had decorated it with 60th balloons, card and chocolates. So very thoughtful and evidence of a hotel that goes the extra mile. Room was beautiful and breakfast served from 4am and complimentary. Would recommend "

"Close to train station "

"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"
