"The bedroom was good and spaceous but that was it. The breakfast was extremely disappointing with very limited options, especially on the first morning when only a few other rooms were staying in the hotel, and they did not restock the food or drinks - basically First come, First Serve. We were not advised where to enter the hotel after the reception is closed, and after coming back from Europapark, we found ourselves locked outside with no one to assist us. Only german spoken in the hotel."

"Good: comfortable beds, large apartment, easy checkin and check out Bad: arrived late at night. we were told food would be available until 9.30pm, when we came around that time we were told kitchen was closed - not easy with small kids. Furniture was a bit of a mix and match and quite used. Floor was cold. Room was cold in the beginning "

"Very safe as use a key card for the lift and main entrance after 10pm. Staff were wonderful and so friendly. Room immaculate and beds comfy. Beautiful views over the hills. Breakfast was excellent. Eggs made on request and everything you could wish for at the buffet. Lovely and quiet. Would recommend."
