"We enjoyed our one-night stay at this hotel. It is located directly across from the Esterhazy Palace, so it's convenient if you are visiting this beautiful spot. "Upon arrival, I discovered that parking is only available 250 meters from the hotel and I had to drag my luggage uphill. At the reception, I was told that as a Gold member, I am not entitled to late check-out and would have to pay 6000 HUF for it. The room was old and smelled bad. I do not recommend this hotel."

"Now this was totally unexpected. I am originally from Pernitz, about 20 or so km from Wiener Neustadt, but live in Los Angeles. On this trip from the USA to Austria we were visiting friends in Ljubljana, and after arriving in Vienna we had planned to spend the night in Wiener Neustadt instead of Vienna to cut the trip to Ljubljana the next day shorter. "The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and modern. There is even a kitchen included. The location of the hotel is close to many public transportation options.
