"There is a variety of food at the breakfast and dinner buffet, the deserts are particularly good. The location is good, being directly located on the beachfront promenade. The hotel itself would benefit from a refresh. Improved modern lighting, furniture and decorations in addition to improved ventilation would be recommended. This would help improve the atmosphere in the level -1 spaces."

Some of the guests had refurbished rooms on floors 5 & 6 with proper air conditioning which were much nicer (the room I booked for my parents through Expedia).
