The total price per room per night is EUR 82. We were NOT told that Hotels.com wrongly quoted total amount EUR 82. We did not ask for a double room. He did not tell us that he was giving a double room and nightly rate is EUR 99. It was a shock when checked out and he complained that Hotels.com makes such mistakes. I request return of...

"There were no glasses if you wanted some wine in your room. We were only given 1 small bottle of water between two people per day. And there was no creamer or milk for the instant coffee. The rooms were clean and adequate, staff friendly. But its the little things that help make the experience memorable."

"A lovely property with a great pool - ideal for a big group with kids. Even before finalising our booking Craig was extremely quick to respond to queries and provided loads of info. This level of attentiveness continued throughout our stay when we asked for more recommendations and help. The property is located in quiet countryside and was easy to find. "Nice location across the street from Pau airport. Unfortunately my flight was canceled. Taxis and Uber unreliable, so i missed my train. Very small tv, no remote so useless. No shampoo, old towels. They seem to be trying to make this a nice small hotel, but basics are lacking. "
