"The hotel manager and employees are not doing their jobs. No towels changed in the room even if we left the dirty ones on the floor, the hotel manager or any employee didn't know how the room safe worked, the fridge in the room wasn’t working and was replaced just the last day. Even so re s we, when we complained the hotel manager said it was our fault. All other people at the hotel were paying much less because they didn’t book through Expedia. "The property is fantastic, the room was beautiful, and the facility, in general, was superb; the only concern is the access to the property from the train station. The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. That was a concern for me because I was traveling with my daughter. "

"2nd time staying here for skiing and will be back again. Great ski resort, it was very warm (mid Feb) but most runs were in good enough shape and I even managed to find some excellent off piste runs on slushy snow on south facing slopes. Decent array of food of good quality, comfortable room albeit the family room for 4 is a squeeze. The only other negative is in the evening you might be unlucky at the pool eithferal children running wild with no adult supervision although you can't blame the...

Best Weekend away!

"Me and my mate really enjoyed our stay here at Occidental! We were in Barcelona for the Half Marathon and this hotel was the perfect place to relax and rewind after our long days. We were offered complimentary champagne on arrival and check in was super smooth. The pool and spa facilities were fantastic, really adding that extra recovery and comfort to our stay. The buffet breakfast was so great with a variety of different food options. To finish off the room was very tidy/clean and the beds were very comfy indeed! Staff were super helpful, we will definitely return sometime soon."
