"Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos."

"Exceeded our expectations. Nice property with tons of amenities and activities for kids. Allows parents to do their own activities. Beach is safe and accessible from hotel also an even larger and more sandy beach is about a 10 minute walk. Great food selections, friendly staff and even cool shows on the main stage every evening. "Ive stayed in several hotels in Port Pollenca over the years and this is the first i have returned to. Its just got everything you need if you're looking for a half board base for cycling/sports. Decent rooms, nice meals, good pool/gym/spa. I expect i'll be back again."

"Had a lovely stay at SeaClub, we had a 1 bedroom apartment and it was well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfy and the area was quiet. We didn’t use many of the hotel facilities as we were out exploring but it made a good base and there was plenty places to park. It would be a perfect place as a base for a family holiday as there’s loads of shallow pools but no pools for doing lengths. A number of supermarkets within 10 minutes walking distance, and not far too beach. "

"Very average and overpriced. Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. This is not well communicated so we only had 2 or 3 towel changes for 10 day stay. Won't be returning, there are much better choices at this high price."

"Loved our stay here. Food was excellent and catered very well for Gluten Free guests. Hotel clean and tidy and all the staff friendly and approachable. Kids Club was available but aimed more towards younger chilldren. Yes there is building work next door but when round the pool, you can't hear or see it. "The staff were nice. Location was good and within walking distance to the street market, restaraunts, beach and tour pickups. Lots of options for the in house buffets and we had some fun entertainment each night. Small issue with showers slow to drain. Bigger issue was the beds, like sleeping on a park bench and had to use the extra comforters to provide a bit of cushion. That said, my mom loved her bed."
