"This is review is for the Ocean suites side. There are 2 properties, one in which you can walk to the other or take the free 5 min shuttle. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be able to take the 8 minutes water shuttle (operated by Renaissance) to go the the Flamingo island! This island is a must! I would not recommend swimming in the lagoon in front of the Ocean suite hotel, by pool area. The water is still, there and seaweed, etc has a funky odor. Other than this, all was enjoyable,...

"We absolutely love it here. This was our 14th visit to this RIU. The staff goes above and beyond to make your visit special. The buffet is excellent and has so many options. Beach and pool are great, they have daytime entertainment at the pool. The property is very clean and well maintained and so are the rooms. Loved the new nightly specialty drink cart. "The property was conveniently located to shopping and dining if you choose to not eat on property. Load of beach chairs w umbrellas, beach service and a beautiful pool w umbrellas also. The staff was incredible from the greeting to check in, to the coffee shop,to the service on the beach and pool area. The Spa was an absolute amazing experience. I would highly recommend at least one service there. It was the best massage I’ve ever had. Nancy was an amazing masseuse. I’ll definitely go back! I’d rate it a 20!!"

"We had a wonderful time, it is a low rise hotel, just behind the high rise area of Palm beach Quick golf cart over to the beach, where they supply chairs, towels and water for all hotel guestUse of the bathroom over at the beach Marriot."
