"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The spa facilities were exceptional – the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and salt room were the perfect way to unwind and relax. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly peaceful. The breakfast options were fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious choices to start the day right. The staff were equally impressive – friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The front desk team made check-in and check-out a breeze. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a relaxing time in Armenia! "

"My parents had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable experience. The bed was cozy, and all the amenities were in good condition. What truly stood out was the staff—they were extremely attentive and responsible, always available to help with any requests or questions I had."

"Extremely clean hotel. Very friendly and polite staff at the reception who are ready to help you every minute of the day. Very nice cleaning ladies. Staff in the dining room work diligently to make sure all the dirty plates are removed and clean tables are ready. Immediately replenish the plates at the buffet and greet you with a smile. Of course the General Manager is there at every footstep checking all operations are running smoothly. During my stay tourists were from Canada, France, Germany, Middle East, London, Greece who greeted each other and talked about their trips and volunteer work they are doing. Great hotel to stay, will go back. I will recommend to my friends. "
