First family group that arrived went to ResortQuest office as directed. Although it was within operating hours, no one was there and check-in info wasn’t in the after hours box . Went to the property instead, and the guard gave us a parking pass and said we didn’t need the key fobs. Went to the parking garage as directed and the gate was open. We happened to enter the elevator lobby when someone else was leaving. It wasn’t until one of our party went back to get something out of a vehicle that we realized the access code in our welcome email didn’t work to get back in the door. Three calls later, we went back to the rental office and picked up the fobs. Returned to the property, one fob wouldn’t work. Luckily the other one did. Had to take the faulty fob back and exchange it the next morning. Even after exchanging, the fobs wouldn’t open the gates to get to beach access. Our girls had to exit the property and use a public beach access. To top it all off, the elevators in St. Lucia stopped working and it was a 12 flight hike upstairs, with the first 3 outside in a soaking rain. Since we had a disabled person in our party, luckily we only had to do that once.
