Our housekeeping crew strictly follows CDC guidelines for cleaning.

Renovated. Complete kitchen remodel including Quartz counter, all new Stainless steel appliances, new flooring, new HD TVs, bathroom vanity, new bedroom set & bedding.

16th floor - beach front unit! Gorgeous view of the gulf!

Pelican beach resort is one of the most popular resorts to stay in Destin ~ the perfect family destination. Front Desk staffed 24 hours & we use the onsite management company.

Conveniently located near all activities such as: Big Kahuna Water Park (across the street) located near many family friendly restaurants: Bubba Gump Shrimp, Hard Rock Cafe, Johnny Rockets, Ruth Chris Steakhouse, & more! Retail shops, Silver Sands Shopping Outlet mall, & Movie Theatres.

One bedroom / two bath gulf front unit living area 873 sq. Ft. Brand new queen sleeper sofa in living room. After making your way into the unit - you will notice the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony which has a view directly facing south.

Master bedroom has king bed, with private bath. Recessed bunks in the hall allow sleeping for the younger crowd, and a queen sleeper in the living room.

Fully functional kitchen, with full-size range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. Wireless internet access, television with dvd. Fully stocked with linens and towels.

Pelican Beach Resort has 2 heated pools. Outdoor & indoor along with a kiddie pool & outside hot tub.

Great property
The property was very clean & the staff were very friendly. The condo owner was very helpful & quick to respond with questions. The location was located near many coffee shops, restaurants, Walmart for groceries and beach supplies & ice cream shops! The condo had everything we needed for our 5 night stay as a family of 5 & the patio looking out to the ocean was one of our favorite things!!

Great Resort & Host!
Resort staff was friendly& very helpful with any questions or concerns. Our Host Laura checked in with us to make sure our visit was as expected and to see if there was anything we needed, and she went above & beyond when a very small issue did arise and rectified it immediately. The Condo was perfect for the two of us & had everything we needed! The view spectacular! Watched dolphins playing each morning while on patio having my coffee. We spent every day at the beautiful white sand beach and every night exploring new places for dinner. My only small complaint (which has nothing to do with the vrbo or host) would be Destin seems very family oriented with arcades, mini golf, go kart tracks etc. and we would have liked a few more "adult" places within walking distance (local non-chain dining etc.) but that is just our particular wish list for our vacation destinations. We did find many places that were just a short drive away & added a few favorites that we will look forward to returning to. It is a very lovely area, and we were able to adapt and took a few Road trips up the coastline. Overall, the resort has much to offer, and we would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Easy 5 stars!
The condo felt like home for the 4 of us. (2 adults, 2 boys ages 5 & 8) Pictures are hard to do the view justice! Very friendly, safe, and clean environment. Owner was in contact and available if we needed anything. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. The pools were a blast and very well maintained. The beach was gorgeous, clean, and despite it being February the kids swam in it quite a while. I did not realize the tiki bar and Cafe were only open after March, so wasn't available for our stay but the location made it easy to run quick errands for food, drinks and supplies. Uber Eats and lots of delivery options anyway! Seriously a great place. Our family will be back!! This is a gem!

Amazing beach vacation!
I stayed for 4 nights and the condo was wonderful. The ocean is right there and you could hear the waves crashing in the living room with the patio screen door open. Coffee everyday on the balcony was my morning routine. The property was very nice and the pools were warm and clean. Took less than 5 min to get down to the beach. I would book again for sure!

Beautiful beach front and family friendly Property. Kind size bed was very comfortable along with the bunkbeds. Two huge bathrooms. Plenty of room for a small family (5) kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. And the views are amazing. Host was great to work with. Highly recommend this property.

Cleanliness is really important to me in order to fully enjoy my stay wherever I go. Our stay was perfect. Accommodations were clean, organized, and welcoming. The balcony beach view offered the ideal view of the ocean. The special decorative touches by the owner and her accessibility to accommodating our needs makes this location definitely one we will visit again.

Beautiful Condo
This was our 4th year visiting Destin and the condo was by far the nicest we’ve stayed in. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Also, Laura the owner was lovely. She checked in on us a few times to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Destin. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed the condo. Lots of space and even for just 2 we enjoyed having 2 bathrooms. The views and balcony are superb. Easy to get to restaurants and kitchen was great for us when we didn’t dine out. Bedroom comfortable, Liked the 2 tvs for when we were not at the beach. My favorite thing was being on a beach front property and early morning walks. Owner checked on us by text.

Great Beach Condo
We had a great stay. Condo was clean and perfect amount of space for 2 adults & 2 kids. View was amazing. Resort amenities were good. Pools were nice. Food at the resort cafe is pretty good; we were able to order lunch on the beach & have it brought out to us, so nice! Make sure to rent your umbrellas & chairs on the beach from the resort when you book your stay. Owner was proactively communicative and it was greatly appreciated. We would definitely book this again.

Loved it!
This was the second time booking with VRBO and again did not disappoint. The condo was perfect and just like described on VRBO. We loved the large balcony and view of the ocean. The condo was decorated nicely and felt like home. Laura was amazing! When I booked the condo she sent a message the same day to inform of beach rentals and encouraged to reserve. The day we arrived she sent text to check on us and make sure there were no issues. The night before we left she sent message with instructions on what needed to be done with towels, dishes, etc before we left. I would definitely recommend!
