"Overnight stay coming down from Liverpool to London. The hotel was very welcoming and check in very easy. we got to our room via the lift and despite this being a very busy hotel it was very quiet. Choice of pillows "hard or soft" and the mattress was very comfortable. in the morning after a very good nights sleep we found that the Shower was very easy to workout whereas in some hotels we have found it difficult to use the whower or bath. Went down to breakfast and there was an abundance of food offerings available from continental to full English breakfast. Overall a wonderful stay and will be booking again when we come back from Liverpool next year."

"A good but plain hotel which would benefit from a decorative tidy up. The weather had been cold, so the room started off cold too. When we requested an extra duvet it took them 45 minutes to bring it to our room - so we had to wait to go to bed."
