"The room is a little old fashioned,is clean for the most part little things here and there they could improve! Hardly any warm water tho! It was beautiful view!! The gentleman in the reception area was very respectful polite and patient, it was great for the most part... Really enjoyed it "

"Hotel is next to the beach. Our room was 2 King beds with a balcony and ocean views. The hotel is still being updated but our room had already been updated. The customer service during check in and check out was excellent. Very kind and friendly staff. The view alone is worth the stay. We plan on staying here again when we come back to Newport."
