Step Inside
Prepare to be amazed! As soon as you walk through the door of our 6,500 sq. ft. luxury haven, you’ll be greeted by 25-foot ceilings and a grand wrap-around staircase that practically shouts, "Welcome to your dream vacation!" The formal living and dining rooms are decorated with modern touches, featuring a plush formal sofa and swivel chairs—perfect for those deep, life-changing conversations or capturing that perfect IG moment.

The dedicated coffee room connects the formal dining room to the kitchen & main entertaining area. The entertainment living area is all about comfort with plenty of seating on the sofa or accent chairs and a cozy indoor fireplace. The main entertaining living room boasts an 85” smart TV, Bluetooth speakers, and a subwoofer for an experience so immersive, you’ll forget you’re not in a theater. There’s also a huge center granite counter island perfect for those story-sharing sessions with family and friends. Right in the entertaining area is also a makeup bar or work-from-home station with two multi-colored mirrors. The entire main floor overlooks the bottom valley of the golf course, providing breathtaking lake views while you entertain.

The Teal & Real Bedroom
This bedroom is more than just a place to sleep. With a king-size bed and amazing views, it’s the perfect spot to relax. Need to catch up on work? There’s a work-from-home station for that (because who doesn’t love mixing business with pleasure?). We’ve also got a makeup bar, mudroom, and laundry room. Yes, even in paradise, you might need to do laundry.

Upstairs Adventures
Ascend the grand staircase to the King & Queen Master Bedroom. This room is fit for royalty. It’s got a Cal-king bed, in-room fireplace, smart TV, full-body mirror, walk-in closet, huge walk-in shower, and tub. And don’t forget the his and hers vanity, wet bar with mini fridge, Nespresso machine, baby crib, and an en-suite living room. The view? Windows overlooking the scenic golf course. Space Room and Waves Room
The Space Room comes with a queen-size bed, smart TV, blackout curtains, telescope, and a private balcony perfect for stargazing (or spying on aliens, we don’t judge). The Pink N Green Bedroom

The Kids' Room
This is where the real fun happens! With a queen bed, two bunk beds (3 twins & 1 full), and slides—yes, slides—this room has been declared "THE BEST ROOM EVER!" by our younger guests. Get ready for some epic kid-approved adventures!

Take a step outside through the double glass doors off the kitchen/dining area, and you'll find the back deck on the main level. This backyard deck offers stunning lake views, perfect for your morning coffee or evening meal on the dining table.

Down at the walk-out basement level, you can soak in the family hot tub (we keep it sparkling clean and perfectly balanced after every guest). Sunbathe on lounge chairs, challenge the family to a mini-golf showdown, fire up the charcoal grill for a BBQ, or dine alfresco during golden hour. Cozy up by the custom stone fire pit gazebo under string lights—ideal for capturing those Instagram-worthy sunset photos. You can even access the upper deck with the back deck stairs to keep the BBQ vibes going with the family.

-Check-in is at 4:00 PM / Check-out is at 11:00 AM. (we offer early check in / late check out)
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM because we respect the neighbors (and you probably need some sleep after all that fun).
-No smoking inside, no pets, and no wild parties unless you’ve got prior approval.
-Guests can choose between Damage Waiver or Safety Deposit to cover any property damage during their stay.
-Cameras cover the hot tub spa area and the property's surroundings.
-No interior cameras are present, respecting your privacy.
-Minut system monitors noise decibel levels in common areas to prevents parties and excessive noise. Does not record audio or video footage.
-If the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition requiring additional cleaning, an additional minimum cleaning fee of $1,000.00 will be charged. Please treat our family vacation home with care and return it to the condition you found it in.

Early Check-In Policy
-Standard Check-In Time: 4:00 PM
-Approval Required: No early arrival allowed without prior written approval.
-Fees: Unapproved early arrivals incur a $50 fee for every 15 minutes.
-Reasoning: Early arrivals disrupt cleaning and preparation, impacting guest experiences.
