Perfect Vacation Spot
This property was immaculate with beautiful views in a most convenient location! Wonderful little thoughtful extras throughout the house such as fresh flowers, extra toothbrushes and floss. Would most certainly return if I'm back in the area! I travel frequently and always look for a nice rental-this one is one of the best I have stayed in!

The hosts were very accommodating. Very easy to get to, they even hooked us up with lift tickets at cost. I highly recommend staying here. I will be staying in the future when we return to Colorado. The home was very clean, just what you want when traveling.

Basement w nice patio looking at I-70
Convenient to Red Rocks and very spacious for a basement apartment. The patio was nice but you see and hear I-70. The stairs were well lit at night but lugging our large suitcases down wasn’t ideal. Two nights w fees and taxes was nearly $1000.00 and there’s someone living above you. Owners were helpful and the folks upstairs helped with the door code issue. We would stay there for another great night at Red Rocks! Thanks for your hospitality.

No privacy, no thermostat, unsafe stairs
The only credit I can give to these hosts is that they were friendly and communicative, but for a service like VRBO that markets itself as having an entire vacation home to yourself, this property offered the least privacy and distance than any other I have stayed in with VRBO or its competitors. I had to reach out to hosts multiple times per day to clarify discrepancies in details in the VRBO listing and to beg the host to turn up the AC because they had control of it from upstairs and the basement with only sheer curtains (bright as the sun at 5am every day) was sweltering hot. I was told to open windows which didn’t have screens and let in bugs and all of the traffic noise from the interstate at the bottom of the hill. The stairs leading to the basement were narrow and shaky, a complete safety hazard. Parking is a nightmare (and I received a message from the host literally hours before we arrived that we couldn’t even use one of the listed parking spaces). Would not stay here again even with pretty view, nice hosts, and convenient location. Don’t boast privacy as a service and then have me share space and amenities with the home owner.

My family and I were in town for a wedding. Our stay was very enjoyable. They really go the extra mile by having all the amenities you would need. Our 2 year old also loved the toy closet. The views were breathtaking. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
