The home is fully renovated and central to everything! Denver: 25 mins, Red Rocks: 20 mins, Colorado Springs: 70 mins, Breckenridge: 90 mins.

This is the perfect getaway for watching movies, playing games/cards, cocktails outside & enjoying the hot tub under the stars. Hiking, fishing, and exploring are all right out your door. Want to escape to the mountains? You'll be less than a 1-hour drive to world-class skiing and 14,000 ft summits. 

We want our house to feel like home to you! The beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of towels, T.P, & other basic toiletries. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking basics! Spices, oil, ketchup, coffee/creamer, dishes, and even outdoor cups for use in the hot tub or a playing a competitive game of cornhole. All of the 5 TVs throughout the house are smart TVs. If you'd like to use your personal accounts, feel free (be sure to log out of your personal accounts when you leave! There are three 55" TVs, a 50" TV, and a 32" TV.

You will have full access to the entire home. (Note: no access to the garage or front entry closet. These areas are restricted for our cleaners' supplies and storage.)

We LOVE our neighbors and the neighborhood! Please keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 pm to 9:00 am local time. We have Minut noise monitors installed on the back patios, and they DO NOT RECORD, but they do monitor decibel levels and alert us remotely if the backyard noise reaches an unacceptable level. *Please read more in the Welcome Manual.* If we have to ask you to vacate the property because of noise or a party (more than the registered guest count), you will be fined $500.00 and will not get a refund for your remaining days.

Please, NO GLASS in the hot tub - we have Aluminum cups under the coffee pot that you are welcome to use. We do have stairs. There are stairs to enter the home except for the patio sliders. All bedrooms are located upstairs or downstairs; the kitchen and living room are on the main level. We have 2 baby gates that you're welcome to use. (Note: There are 4 stairs leading from the kitchen to the half bath & den area where a baby gate will not fit as one wall is open.) We ask that you DO NOT use the fireplace. It has not been serviced and could cause a safety issue if used.

If you are bringing dogs, we allow 2 dogs for a $150/stay fee. We expect that you clean up the yard during your stay and report and damages if needed.

Great house for a family gathering
The house was great. We had family members staying in other short term rental properties, since we all had gathered for a wedding, and ultimately, they came over to hang out, and we ate several meals together. It was nice to have so many different places to hang out, inside and out. Folks enjoyed the hot tub. The house was clean, especially the kitchen. The little extra's like snacks, bottle of wine, box of items in case something was forgotten were appreciated. The house was also very convenient to the different venues we traveled to around the south side of Denver. Highly recommend this house if you have a good size group of people! Thank you to our hosts.

Special Family Stay
Our family recently lost both of our grandparents and we needed a place to meet for a celebration of life. This location was aboslutely perfect and it was actually in the same neightborhood they lived in our entire lives. It was so special being back in the area and reminiscing on all the amazing memories we had of them. We had cousins come in from out of state and from around the area to share special memories and stories about our grandparents. Communication about our event and the amenities was exceptional! Plenty of space for making our HUGE italian meal, and plenty of space to sit for conversation without feeling crammed. The kids loved all the hidden gem toys, and the space to run outside. The location is very convenient with a multitude of nearby stores, restaurants and gas stations for last minute necessities. Thank you so much Kia and Rob for allowing us to enjoy such a special moment together in this home! You all have done a phenomenal job of cleanliness and coziness. I greatly appreciate your communication before, during and after our stay and we will definitely be sure ot stay with you again in the future.

Our stay was convenient and comfortable. We traveled for a concert at Red Rocks. The home was within 20 mins. It was really nice having coffee and tea available especially for a short stay! The house is a home. It is cozy and the character is inviting. We didn’t use all the amenities because we were so busy. I would recommend staying here.

We were in the Denver area for a family wedding. This location was great for the wedding at The Manor House, hiking, shopping, and day trips to Colorado Springs. Perfect place for family
This was the perfect place for our family vacation/reunion. The house was absolutely beautiful and had plenty of room. The host provided coffee and spices. The backyard was more beautiful and inviting. Numerous places to sit and we used them all depending on the time of day. The kids had a great time visiting the near by park and paying in the backyard. The hot tub was nice in the evening. We appreciated the cleanliness of the house and the vicinity of the grocery stores. The host maintained an open communication with us. Great location and comfy home
Weather is always pretty unpredictable in spring time so it snowing for two days put a damper on a few outdoor activities, otherwise the house was in great shape in a great location with great amenities, hot tub worked great, and all the bedrooms were very accommodating! We enjoyed concerts at Red Rocks and a few scenic hikes when it warmed up. Would absolutely book this place again in the future 👍👍
